How to Get to Saint Paul from MSP Airport

No car? No problem. There are several ways to get from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport that don’t involve renting a car.

Here are a few ideas:

Uber/Lyft. Uber and Lyft both offer a swift business at the MSP Airport. In fact, there is a special pick-up zone at MSP for pre-arranged rides through Uber and Lyft. Dial up a ride and get curbside pick-up.

Taxis. While Uber and Lyft are very popular in the Twin Cities, we still have a strong, traditional taxi industry, and there are always taxis available at the airport.

Metro Transit. You can get from the MSP Airport to the door of Hotel 340 in downtown St. Paul in approximately 20, hassle-free minutes with a limited stop bus route. Route 54 departs from the Airport Transit Plaza/Gate #4 and drops you off at 5th St. and Wabasha/Cedar Street. If they dropped you off any closer, you’d already be in your hotel room.

What if I’m coming from Minneapolis instead of from the airport?

Consider Light Rail Transit (LRT)!

The Green Line travels from the warehouse district in Downtown Minneapolis all the way to downtown St. Paul. The LRT Green Line’s Central Station is on the same block as our hotel.
